Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Christian Becker, Heideweg 16, 67134 Birkenheide, Germany; email: contact@askbarapp.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Loss of Withdrawal Right for Digital Content (§ 356 para. 5 BGB)
The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content not on a physical medium if we have begun performance of the contract after:
- you have given your express prior consent that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and
- you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving your consent.
This consent and acknowledgement is collected at checkout via a checkbox. By checking it and completing the purchase, performance begins immediately and your right of withdrawal is forfeited.
How to Cancel a Subscription
Subscriptions (Base, Pro) can be cancelled at any time from your account settings or by emailing contact@askbarapp.com. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No further charges are made after cancellation.
